If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know so we want to take care of it immediately.

Returning Merchandise:
All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition with a copy of the packing slip or receipt. You may receive store credit, exchange, or refund (less shipping fees) depending on the date of return. All returns must receive a Return Authorization Number.

All furniture sales are final sale. Damaged, defective, or missing furniture pieces will be replaced, according to the manufacturer's policy.

To request a Return Authorization Number, send an e-mail to hello@cocobaby.co with your name, address, invoice number, item you are returning, and reason for the return. A Return Authorization Number will be sent to you within 48 hours.

Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that special orders and sale items are not refundable.

Shipping Charges:
Typically, we ship via UPS ground & expect arrival within 5 to 9 business days. Express shipping is not currently available.

Shipping costs are based on your total purchase amount, before sales taxes and promotional discounts. To determine the shipping cost for your order, please see the following chart:

Some furniture and larger items have a delivery surcharge to cover additional shipping costs. Such charges are clearly noted prior to confirmation of your purchase(s).

For local deliveries, we hand deliver for a small fee, and usually on the same day. Please call us at 617.247.2229

Note: For large items that are bulky and/or heavy, our cost to ship them will be higher; therefore, these items would include a delivery surcharge in addition to the standard charges.
