If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know as we want to take care of it immediately.
All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase. Packaging must be returned in its original condition with a copy of the packing slip or shipments will not be accepted. You will receive store credit, exchange, or refund (less shipping fees) depending on the date of return. All returns must receive a Return Authorization Number.
All furniture sales are final sale; damaged, defective, or missing furniture pieces will be replaced.
To request a Return Authorization Number, send an e-mail to
email@example.com with your name, address, invoice number, item you are returning, and reason for the return. A Return Authorization Number will be sent to you within 48 hours.
Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Typically, we ship via UPS ground & expect arrival within 5 to 9 business days. Express shipping is not currently available.

Some furniture and larger items have a delivery surcharge to cover additional shipping costs. Such charges are clearly noted prior to confirmation of your purchase(s).
